I’m now at that awkward stage in life where I’m too young to be engaging in the mayhem of Halloween with my own kids, but too old (or just not interested enough) to get away with dressing myself in the kind of questionable superhero outfits required if you wish to drink the night away in some sweaty bar.
Six people turned up for my tutorial today. Six. Out of a normal attendance of twenty. How could such a sudden shocking mass disappearance of dedicated Law students be explained? Well, it’s Halloween. That time of the year when we dress up like idiots in crappy costumes and drink ourselves senseless to the beat of musical masterpieces such as the Monstermash.
