Luxembourg is a smart city – rich, clean and attractive. It’s not quite French and not quite German, but it’s certainly very interesting. There are a lot of cafe’s and a lot of squares – the kind it would be so easy to hang out in with friends evening after evening if you lived there. Add to this the elegant architecture and there can’t be many other cities in Europe just as genteel.
